This is a hybrid position and must be onsite Tues/Wed/Thurs. Mon/Fri will be remote.

Treasury Analyst Requirements:
The Treasury Analyst is a member of the Global Treasury Support team, which has responsibility for supporting the cash management and banking operations in the North American Region, with global responsibilities for HQ activities. This position has primary responsibilities for bank documentation management and Treasury payments. This role is responsible for managing bank portal activities, payment support, recertifications, account maintenance, signer and access updates, and cross-functional coordination with internal stakeholders, banks, and BPO partners. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and the ability to manage recurring operational tasks as well as ad hoc requests in a fast-paced environment

• Support day-to-day treasury operations, including bank portal administration, payment inquiries, and account maintenance.
• Manage recurring recertification activities for bank portals, designated senders, direct debits, and related access reviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for treasury staff and bank access changes.
• Process signer updates, POA changes, bank forms, merchant requests, and account change forms.
• Support payment-related activities such as direct debits, reverse wire drawdowns, cash management requests, and manual payment support.
• Partner with BPO teams to transition activities, maintain working files, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Respond to inquiries, escalate issues as needed, and provide support for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Assist with bank fee analysis, pricing updates, and bank communication on changes or issues.
• Contribute to process improvement and streamlining projects, including dashboarding, reporting, and workflow enhancements.
• Support Latin America treasury activities, including documentation, bank portal updates, and recertification efforts.
• Participate in meetings and project calls to coordinate efforts across Treasury, BTS, and other business partners.
• Support additional ad hoc requests within Treasury Operations.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems while managing multiple projects.
• Be self-motivated and approach tasks with a positive, proactive attitude while maintaining an eagerness and capacity to learn.
• Maintain wire templates within SAP and global bank portals.
• Exercise sound judgment and discretion in making routine decisions to ensure manual payments are handled accurately and in compliance with corporate policies.
• Assist with e-banking user access, entitlements, and limits (global banks directly and oversight of local regional banks), as well as bank account signer recertification processes (NAM directly and global oversight).
• Communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
• Prepare banking documents for global banking administration.
• Coordinate with banks to manage transactions and services.
• Assist in preparing audit documentation for SOX, Internal Audit, External Audit, and Tax.
• Update records, documents, bank account signers, and e-banking users.
• Work independently and plan effectively to meet goals while maintaining consistency and quality in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

Qualifications:
• High School diploma required
• Spanish speaking preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or 4-6 years of experience in a corporate finance organization or with a commercial bank in corporate treasury services
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel · Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skill
