Treasurer
Salary: $160,000-$180,000 base + 15% incentive bonus + profit sharing.
Location: Archbold, Ohio

• Lead critical initiatives involving asset/liability management, liquidity strategy, profitability, and capital planning.
Key Responsibilities for the Treasurer:
• Lead balance sheet management, liquidity planning, investment strategy, and interest rate risk oversight.
• Own the bank’s ALM platform, key pricing assumptions, and ALCO-related financial strategy.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial planning activities across the organization.
• Provide executive-level financial analysis and recommendations on profitability, capital deployment, pricing, and growth initiatives.
• Lead and develop finance team members while partnering with the CFO, accounting leadership, auditors, and regulators.
Qualifications for the Treasurer:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; advanced degree preferred.
• Banking treasury management experience required. Corporate treasury experience alone is not sufficient.
• Experience with asset/liability management (ALM) and banking profitability strategies.
• CPA, CFA, CMA, or CTP designation preferred.
