Description

• Lead all field operations for a $70M ground-up industrial tilt wall project
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and site logistics
• Coordinate project execution from mobilisation through closeout
• Drive progress against schedule milestones and budget objectives
• Partner with project management teams to resolve field issues and maintain client satisfaction

Profile

A successful Travelling Superintendent - Industrial Tilt Wall should have:

• Proven experience as the lead Superintendent on large industrial tilt wall projects
• Ability to provide a detailed project list highlighting scope, value, and responsibilities
• Experience delivering projects exceeding $50M in construction value
• Willingness to travel full-time for project assignments

Job Offer

• Salary: $140,000 - $160,000
• Annual bonus target of 15% based on company and individual performance
• $1,200 monthly vehicle allowance plus fuel card
• 401(k) with company match up to 5%
