    RCL Services is seeking experienced Wind Turbine Technicians to support maintenance, troubleshooting, and major component projects on utility-scale wind turbines throughout the United States.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and corrective repairs
    • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control system issues
    • Execute work in accordance with OEM procedures and safety requirements
    • Complete service reports, work orders, and project documentation
    • Support major component replacements including gearboxes, generators, main bearings, blades, yaw systems, and other drivetrain components
    • Travel as required to support customer projects

    Compensation

    $24–$52 per hour, based on experience, certifications, platform qualifications, and project scope.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
    • Ability to climb wind turbines and work at heights up to 300 feet
    • Ability to work in confined spaces and varying weather conditions
    • Ability to meet site-specific physical and safety requirements
    • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and troubleshooting principles

    Preferred Experience

    • Wind turbine maintenance and troubleshooting
    • Major component replacement experience
    • PLC, converter, and electrical diagnostics experience
    • Experience on utility-scale wind turbine platforms
    • GWO BST, BTT, ART, OSHA 10, NFPA 70E, First Aid/CPR/AED, or equivalent industry certifications
    • Rigging, lifting, crane/hoist, and signaling experience
