    • Present treatment fees, insurance benefits, financing, and available payment options
    • Help patients and families overcome financial, scheduling, or other barriers to beginning treatment
    • Establish treatment schedules and coordinate orthodontic start appointments
    • Follow up consistently with patients who have completed consultations but have not yet started treatment

    • Submit required documentation and predeterminations to third-party benefit providers
    • Clearly communicate insurance status and patient financial responsibility
    • Collaborate with orthodontists, clinical teams, and office leadership to support patient care and practice goals
    • Deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation through treatment

    What We're Looking For

    • Minimum of 1 year of orthodontic experience
    • 1+ years of dental, medical, or related front office experience
    • Previous treatment coordination experience strongly preferred
    • Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing treatment costs with patients and families
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
    • Comfortable discussing fees, insurance benefits, financing, and payment options
    • Strong follow-up skills and the ability to confidently guide patients toward treatment decisions
