Traveling Superintendent - Warehouse, Light Industrial & Manufacturing

A well-established general contractor is hiring a Traveling Superintendent to run ground-up warehouse, distribution, light industrial and manufacturing projects across the country. If you like big slabs, tilt-wall, and fast schedules, and you're comfortable living on the road, this role keeps you busy from one project to the next.

What You'll Do

• Run field operations on distribution centers, cold storage, light industrial and manufacturing facilities
• Oversee sitework, foundations, tilt-wall or precast, steel erection, roofing and MEP
• Manage trade partners, daily reports, look-aheads and inspections
• Keep jobsites safe, clean and on schedule
• Work with the Project Manager on schedule, cost and owner updates
• Drive punch lists, closeout and turnover

What You Bring

• Superintendent experience on ground-up warehouse, industrial or manufacturing projects (required)
• Tilt-wall, precast or PEMB experience
• Willingness to travel full time
• OSHA 30 (preferred)
• Strong scheduling skills and a calm, hands-on leadership style
