Traveling Superintendent (Warehouse)

Description

* Lead field operations across multiple commercial construction projects.

* Manage subcontractors, project schedules, and daily site activities.

* Coordinate project execution to maintain quality, safety, and schedule goals.

* Oversee renovation, tenant improvement, and expansion projects.

* Travel nationally to support project delivery, returning home approximately every other week.

Profile

* Superintendent experience within commercial construction.

* Background in design-build project delivery preferred.

* Experience with tenant improvements, renovations, or facility expansions.

* Stable career history with strong tenure.

* Comfortable traveling nationally and working within a close-knit team culture.

Job Offer

Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 base salary + bonus + benefits.
