Description
Lead all on-site construction operations from preconstruction through project closeout
Manage subcontractors, jobsite logistics, and daily construction activities
Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards
Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders across multiple phases
Identify and resolve field issues to maintain project performance
Profile
5-15+ years of superintendent experience in industrial or commercial construction
Strong background in ground-up industrial, manufacturing, or distribution projects
Proven leadership and ability to run jobsite operations independently
Willingness to travel full-time
Job Offer
Base salary: $120,000 - $140,000
$900/month truck allowance + gas card
$4,800/month per diem
