Job Description
Hiring all levels from junior to senior:
- Lead field operations for industrial tilt-wall construction projects throughout the Southeast.
- Manage day-to-day site activities from groundbreaking through project completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and self-perform crews.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Enforce company safety standards and lead daily safety initiatives.
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work complies with plans and specifications.
- Partner closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Engineers.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
- Strong experience delivering tilt-wall industrial, warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or large commercial projects.
- Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Southeast region.
- Stable work history and commitment to quality project execution.
