Traveling Superintendent - Retail & MobClient is a strong commercial construction general contractor that is continuing to expand their Retail and MOB construction division.Job DescriptionManage on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure quality standards are met. Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and project managers. Resolve on-site issues and address any unforeseen challenges effectively. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reports.
