Job Description
Maintain project schedules while driving quality and productivity. Partner closely with Project Managers and internal construction teams. Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and onsite schedules. Manage site logistics, sequencing, and subcontractor performance. Maintain a strong, safety-first jobsite culture. Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure project success.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools. 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction preferred.
- Strong background across ground-up mixed commercial projects.
- Experience in one or more of the following strongly preferred:
- Retail / Restaurants
- Automotive Dealerships
- Aviation
- Light Industrial / Warehouse
- Class A / Office
- Proven ability to independently run projects in the field.
- Strong scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and leadership skills.
- Willing and able to travel throughout the Southeast - majority of projects in GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, AL.
- Safety-minded leadership and strong client-facing communication skills.
