Job Description

Glimpse of your role:

Manage all on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality standards are met across all phases of construction.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
Coordinate material deliveries and maintain accurate inventory records.
Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates on progress and challenges.
Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively.
Ensure adherence to budget constraints while maintaining high-quality construction outcomes.
Travel extensively to various project locations as needed.

The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For: A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

Experience managing on-site construction projects in the business services industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively for project oversight.
5-8+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent.
Industrial/Automotive experience is required.
