Structure Resources is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for a direct-hire opportunity with a growing, nationally recognized electrical contractor. This firm specializes in design-build work across commercial, industrial, and mission-critical sectors and has a strong reputation for quality execution and employee-focused leadership.
We’re looking for a seasoned Superintendent with deep experience managing crews and delivering large-scale electrical projects in fast-paced environments. This individual will be responsible for overseeing field operations—ensuring safety, productivity, and quality—while serving as a key liaison between field teams, project managers, and ownership.

What They're Looking For:
8+ years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a Superintendent or General Foreman role
Proven ability to lead field teams on large-scale commercial or industrial projects (design/build preferred)
Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA standards, and low-voltage systems
Skilled in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specs, and schedules
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and crew management skills
Ability to coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractors to meet project milestones
Must be able to travel on a full-time basis (17 days on, 14 days off rotation)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead on-site execution of electrical construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
Coordinate daily activities of foremen and crews, providing guidance, motivation, and mentorship
Collaborate with Project Managers on schedules, change orders, and logistics
Conduct safety meetings, enforce compliance with all safety protocols, and maintain clean, organized job sites
Interface with clients, GCs, and inspectors in a professional and proactive manner
Monitor material deliveries, equipment needs, and productivity
Document progress through daily reports and project tracking systems
Support closeout and commissioning efforts to ensure successful turnover
