An industry-leading contractor is seeking a Traveling Healthcare Superintendent to lead ground-up healthcare construction projects throughout the South and Southeast. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior operations leadership while managing complex healthcare facilities from site mobilization through project completion.

Description

• Reporting to senior operations leadership, the Traveling Healthcare Superintendent will oversee all on-site activities for healthcare construction projects.
  
  • Lead field operations for healthcare construction projects
  • Manage schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics
  • Drive project safety, quality, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate inspections and owner interactions
  • Monitor productivity and project progress
  • Resolve field challenges while maintaining project milestones

Profile

• Extensive healthcare construction experience
• Proven success delivering ground-up healthcare projects
• Healthcare renovation and tenant improvement experience is preferred
• Strong tenure with established general contractors
• Minimum history of long-term employment, preferably multiple positions exceeding two years
• Ability to travel throughout the South and Southeast
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills

Job Offer

• Base salary of $130,000 - $170,000
• Per diem starting at $2,400/month, with potential increases
• Vehicle allowance of $500 - $600/month
