Job Description

Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up commercial construction projects. Manage project schedules and ensure milestone achievement. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders. Enforce safety standards and maintain a strong safety culture on-site. Conduct quality control inspections and oversee punch list completion. Monitor labor productivity and proactively resolve field issues. Drive projects from mobilization through final closeout and turnover.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects. Demonstrated history of leading projects from start to finish with full project ownership. Experience managing field teams, subcontractors, and project schedules. Background in retail, convenience store, banking, medical office, hospitality, multifamily, or similar commercial projects. Ability to clearly articulate project structure, team hierarchy, and individual project responsibilities. Strong knowledge of construction safety, quality, and scheduling best practices. Experience using construction management software and scheduling tools. Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast region as projects require. Currently based in Georgia preferred.
