Traveling Superintendent - Ground up retail

• Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up commercial construction projects
• Manage project schedules and ensure milestone achievement
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a strong safety culture on-site
• Conduct quality control inspections and oversee punch list completion
• Monitor labor productivity and proactively resolve field issues
• Drive projects from mobilization through final closeout and turnover

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects
• Demonstrated history of leading projects from start to finish with full project ownership
• Experience managing field teams, subcontractors, and project schedules
• Background in retail, convenience store, banking, medical office, hospitality, multifamily, or similar commercial projects
• Ability to clearly articulate project structure, team hierarchy, and individual project responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of construction safety, quality, and scheduling best practices
• Experience using construction management software and scheduling tools
• Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast region as projects require
• Currently based in Georgia preferred

• • Base Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
