Traveling Superintendent - Gaming
- $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 (commensurate with experience)

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations across gaming and complex commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget.
In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, leading field teams and subcontractors while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. You'll play a critical role in maintaining project schedules, coordinating logistics, and driving performance across all phases of construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise on-site field operations and labor forces
- Implement and uphold safety programs to promote an injury-free environment
- Manage project schedules, including CPM and look-ahead planning
- Oversee quality control processes, inspections, and site testing
- Review and approve subcontractor pay applications and invoices
- Coordinate site logistics and collaborate closely with Project Management
- Monitor project costs, labor productivity, and material usage
- Lead project meetings, including preconstruction and subcontractor coordination
- Review RFIs, submittals, and ensure proper documentation flow
- Support preconstruction efforts, including estimating and planning
What You Bring:
- 10-15 years of construction experience, with leadership on complex projects
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and MEP systems
- Proven ability to manage schedules and lead teams effectively
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with construction documentation and Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related experience
