• • Lead all on-site construction activities from sitework through completion.
  • Manage subcontractors, inspections, vendors, and daily project operations.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules while driving milestone completion.
  • Coordinate underground utilities, fuel systems, canopies, building construction, and site development activities.
  • Conduct subcontractor meetings and maintain project documentation.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and schedule expectations are consistently achieved.
  • Serve as the primary field representative on assigned projects.

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor.
• Proven ground-up construction experience.
• Strong background in:
  • Gas Stations
  • Fuel Stations
  • Convenience Stores (C-Stores)
  • Truck Stops
  • Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
• Knowledge of underground utilities, sitework, concrete, and fuel system installation.
• Experience managing fast-track commercial projects.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
