This opportunity is with a medium-sized organization specializing in restaurant, convenience store and retail development particularly within the commercial construction industry. The company is dedicated and trusted construction partner that will help you manage your building asset throughout its entire life cycle.
Lead all on-site construction activities throughout the project lifecycle. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure productivity and accountability. Drive project safety initiatives and maintain compliance with all site requirements. Coordinate daily and weekly scheduling activities to meet key project milestones. Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work is completed to specifications. Collaborate closely with project management, preconstruction, and client stakeholders. Provide regular progress updates and proactively resolve field-related challenges.

10+ years of construction field leadership experience. Previous data center construction experience strongly preferred. Candidates from advanced construction sectors will also be considered, including: Healthcare, Life Sciences, Heavy Industrial, Complex Manufacturing. Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects. Strong scheduling, coordination, and subcontractor management skills. Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and quality execution. Ability and willingness to travel for project assignments. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
