As the Traveling Superintendent, you will lead field operations on commercial interior construction projects from mobilization through closeout, working closely with Project Managers and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
Lead day-to-day site operations on commercial interior and renovation projects
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project momentum
Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, budgets, and schedules
Champion jobsite safety programs and maintain exceptional safety standards
Manage site logistics, material deliveries, equipment, and workforce planning
Drive quality control initiatives and proactively resolve field issues
Build strong client relationships and oversee punch-list completion and project turnover

For the Traveling Superintendent we are seeking:
Proven experience as a Superintendent delivering large-scale corporate interiors or commercial renovation projects
Strong understanding of construction means, methods, scheduling, and field coordination
Track record of successfully managing subcontractors and maintaining project schedules
Deep commitment to jobsite safety and quality standards
Ability to identify and resolve construction challenges in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and project stakeholders
Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Southern U.S., Southeast, and East Coast regions
Base salary starting at $110,000+, commensurate with experience
