We are partnered with an industry leading commercial roofing contractor and they are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead their commercial roofing projects (Industrial Roofing). As a key leader, you'll oversee project sites, ensure timely completion, and maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of Superintendent experience, with 2-3 years in commercial roofing preferred
- Fluent English, with Spanish language skills a plus
- High school diploma or college degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent relationship-building skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams, fostering mutual trust, respect, and continuous improvement
- Manage roofing crews to achieve annual plans and project goals
- Meet KPI targets, ensuring quality, safety, and cost performance
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports
- Monitor and address deviations from standard work
- Analyze and improve project operations efficiency
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Foremen, and Department Heads
