Commercial Construction Site Manager

Our client is a well-established commercial general contractor delivering projects throughout the Southeast. Job Description

Supervise all on-site construction activities for commercial projects in the Southeast region. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operations. Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays promptly. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders effectively. Oversee the preparation and maintenance of project documentation and reports. Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges that arise during construction.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction. Experience leading structural steel and ground-up commercial projects. Proven ability to independently run projects valued at $20M+. Strong scheduling, leadership, and subcontractor management skills. Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast as needed.
