Traveling Superintendent - Commercial Construction

I'm working with an established contractor that's growing and adding a Traveling Superintendent to run ground-up and renovation projects wherever the work is.

What you'll do:

• Run day-to-day field operations on projects roughly in the $2M-$60M range
• Manage subcontractors, crews, trade sequencing and lookahead schedules
• Lead safety, quality control and inspections, including federal QC where required
• Coordinate with PMs, owners, architects, engineers and inspectors
• Handle daily reports, RFIs, punch lists and closeout

What you bring:

• 15+ years in construction with a solid run as a Superintendent
• A hands-on trade background, like carpentry or concrete
• Ground-up and renovation experience in commercial, healthcare, federal or industrial buildings
• A track record of traveling to multi-state projects
• OSHA 30 required; USACE CQM or EM 385-1-1 is a big plus
• Procore or similar
