Pinnacle is an industry leader in unique, complex, and safety-critical projects and takes great pride in our reputation of consistently delivering a quality product on time and within budget. Due to our continued growth, Pinnacle is now looking to add a highly motivated team player as a TRAVELING SUPERINTENDENT for various Federal projects throughout Ohio. Candidate must be flexible for travel to different job sites around the state of Ohio.
Due to the large amount of interaction with subcontractors, customers, and team members, the candidate should also possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. The candidate must have substantial experience in subcontractor management and coordination, scheduling, safety, and quality control. A significant background in electrical, mechanical, architectural, communications, controls, networking, fire suppression, and civil scopes is essential. Candidate must be detail-oriented, safety and schedule driven, and require little to no on-site supervision. Above average computer skills are a requirement, and the candidate must be able to read plans and specs both digitally and on paper.
The candidate must be able to pass a background check for badging and access to a Government facility. This role will be responsible for sponsoring and badging all subcontractors and visitors, as well as coordinate on-site deliveries with Government security.
