Traveling Superintendent
The Traveling Superintendent will report to Operations Leadership and be responsible for driving successful project execution in the field while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule expectations are met.
- Manage all onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout
- Develop and maintain short-term and long-term project schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and daily site logistics
- Lead project safety initiatives and enforce company safety standards
- Monitor workmanship to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality requirements
- Partner with Project Managers to address project risks and maintain progress
- Travel throughout Arkansas to support current and future project assignments

For the Traveling Superintendent we are seeking:
- 7+ years of commercial construction experience, including Superintendent responsibilities
- Experience delivering ground-up and renovation projects
- Background in healthcare, education, commercial, retail, industrial, or manufacturing construction preferred
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics
- Ability to lead multiple trades and maintain productive jobsite relationships
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality control processes
- Proficiency with construction technology and scheduling software
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Arkansas
Competitive base salary: $110,000 - $160,000
