Description

Traveling Superintendent

Manage all onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout
Develop and maintain short-term and long-term project schedules
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and daily site logistics
Lead project safety initiatives and enforce company safety standards
Monitor workmanship to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality requirements
Partner with Project Managers to address project risks and maintain progress
Travel throughout Arkansas to support current and future project assignments

For the Traveling Superintendent we are seeking:

7+ years of commercial construction experience, including Superintendent responsibilities
Experience delivering ground-up and renovation projects
Background in healthcare, education, commercial, retail, industrial, or manufacturing construction preferred
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics
Ability to lead multiple trades and maintain productive jobsite relationships
Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality control processes
Proficiency with construction technology and scheduling software
Willingness to travel extensively throughout Arkansas

Competitive base salary: $110,000 - $160,000
