Traveling Superintendent

The Traveling Superintendent will report to Operations Leadership and be responsible for driving successful project execution in the field while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule expectations are met.

  • Manage all onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout
  • Develop and maintain short-term and long-term project schedules
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and daily site logistics
  • Lead project safety initiatives and enforce company safety standards
  • Monitor workmanship to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality requirements
  • Partner with Project Managers to address project risks and maintain progress
  • Travel throughout Arkansas to support current and future project assignments

For the Traveling Superintendent we are seeking:

  • 7+ years of commercial construction experience, including Superintendent responsibilities
  • Experience delivering ground-up and renovation projects
  • Background in healthcare, education, commercial, retail, industrial, or manufacturing construction preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics
  • Ability to lead multiple trades and maintain productive jobsite relationships
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality control processes
  • Proficiency with construction technology and scheduling software
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Arkansas

Competitive base salary: $110,000 - $160,000
