Description

Traveling Superintendent

The Traveling Superintendent will report to Regional Operations Leadership and be responsible for the successful field execution of assigned construction projects throughout Arkansas.

Lead day-to-day field operations from project startup through final completion

Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones are achieved

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel

Enforce safety standards and drive a proactive safety culture

Monitor quality control and ensure work is completed to project specifications

Partner with Project Managers to manage project progress and resolve issues

Travel throughout Arkansas and surrounding markets as project assignments require

For the Traveling Superintendent we are seeking:

5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction

Experience leading projects in healthcare, education, commercial, retail, industrial, manufacturing, or public sectors

Strong scheduling and project coordination skills

Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and multiple trades onsite

Knowledge of construction safety standards and quality control practices

Experience with construction scheduling software preferred

Willingness to travel extensively throughout Arkansas for project assignments

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

Competitive salary: $100,000-$160,000
