Work Environment
This is an onsite role based in Lebanon, Indiana, within a large-scale biopharmaceutical construction project supporting a major pharmaceutical manufacturing campus. The position follows a typical schedule of six 10-hour days per week (approximately 60 hours), with extensive overtime available during peak project phases. You will work in an industrial construction environment that includes high-purity process piping, welding activities, and cleanroom-related construction areas, requiring consistent adherence to safety protocols and OSHA 30 standards. The work involves regular field presence, interaction with craft labor and subcontractors, and close collaboration with project teams and client representatives. You will gain exposure to pharmaceutical quality systems, FDA-regulated documentation practices, and advanced process piping technologies. The project offers a dynamic, fast-paced setting with a strong leadership team, direct access to decision makers, and a streamlined interview process. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
