Project Manager

Lead execution of a $30M life sciences manufacturing project from preconstruction through completion. Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Coordinate project teams to ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence. Work closely with executive leadership and project stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. Oversee project planning, procurement, and construction activities. Manage and coordinate MEP scopes throughout the project lifecycle. Support design-build delivery efforts and collaborate with design partners. Mentor project team members and contribute to a strong, team-oriented culture. Utilize construction management software and reporting tools to track project progress. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations. The successful applicant will have 5+ years of construction project management experience. Experience delivering life sciences, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, mission critical, healthcare, industrial, or other technically complex projects is required. A strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems is necessary. Design-build project experience is preferred. Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance is required. Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills are essential. Desire to mentor junior team members and contribute to team success is important. A stable career history with demonstrated project progression is required. Experience with construction management software platforms is necessary. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
