Description

  • Lead construction projects from planning and procurement through completion
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, owners, architects, and subcontractors
  • Oversee project teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved
  • Coordinate preconstruction activities, subcontractor buyout, and project execution
  • Review project progress and proactively mitigate risks and challenges
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company standards
  • Collaborate with field leadership to drive successful project outcomes
  • Maintain strong client relationships and promote repeat business opportunities
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Profile

  • Experience managing commercial, industrial, manufacturing, data center, healthcare, education, or similar construction projects
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple project stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong financial management and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of construction processes, subcontractor coordination, and project delivery methods
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
