Job Description

Manage large-scale industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, and data centre projects from preconstruction through closeout. Lead project teams on assignments ranging from $50M to $250M+ and 750,000+ SF. Maintain ownership of budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and client relationships. Collaborate with Superintendents and field leadership to drive project performance and delivery. Identify risks, solve complex project challenges, and ensure successful project outcomes. The Successful Applicant

Experience managing industrial, manufacturing, data centre, or mission-critical construction projects. Track record delivering projects valued at $50M+ with exposure to larger-scale work preferred. Experience working for large commercial, industrial, or ENR-ranked contractors. Strong commercial, operational, and client-management capabilities. Stable career history demonstrating consistent progression and project success.
