GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an industrial design-build contractor in Northwest Ohio. The company is adding a Traveling Project Manager - Industrial and Manufacturing to its team in Fostoria, OH (nationwide travel). This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Factory, manufacturing, or diverse commercial experience and willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial and manufacturing plant projects, machinery installations and process piping
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
• Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs

Requirements

• Factory, manufacturing, or diverse commercial experience and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
