This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout while working alongside a talented team of engineers, VDC professionals, superintendents, and field leaders.

  • Order equipment and materials, issue purchase orders and subcontracts, and oversee project buyout activities.
  • Manage fabrication work packages, material takeoffs, production schedules, and fabrication budgets.
  • Identify project risks early and proactively develop solutions to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
  • Partner closely with the Safety Department to ensure all work is completed in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
  • Build strong client relationships through excellent communication, problem-solving, and consistent project execution.
  • Lead project closeout activities, including commissioning support, punch lists, turnover documentation, and final billing.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Self-motivated professional who takes ownership, solves problems, and enjoys leading teams.
