Manage all phases of construction projects from inception through completion. Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and change orders. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams. Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships. Monitor project performance and identify solutions to maintain schedule and budget goals. Ensure quality control and compliance with all company and project requirements. Support project teams across multiple locations as required.

The successful applicant will have 5+ years of project management experience within commercial construction. Proven experience delivering ground-up data center, federal, and light industrial projects. Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost management, and contract administration. Experience managing projects valued at $30M+ preferred. Ability and willingness to travel extensively for project assignments. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
