Job Description

The Traveling Project Manager will report to senior operations leadership and partner closely with the Superintendent as an equal contributor to project success. The Traveling Project Manager will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring exceptional client service and project performance.

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects valued between $5M and $30M
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
  • Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
  • Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact
  • Monitor project costs, change orders, risk management, and contract administration
  • Collaborate closely with field leadership to drive successful project execution
  • Travel throughout Arkansas as needed to support project delivery

The Successful Applicant

For the Traveling Project Manager - Arkansas we are seeking:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Experience delivering healthcare, industrial/manufacturing, commercial, defense, education, retail, or institutional projects
  • Proven track record managing projects from inception through completion
  • Strong financial management and budgeting experience
  • Experience with project scheduling and construction management software
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout Arkansas based on project needs
  • Team-oriented professional with high integrity and a long-term mindset
