Job Description
The Project Manager - Cleanroom Construction will:
- Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and project documentation
- Partner with field teams to ensure successful project execution
- Maintain strong client, subcontractor, and stakeholder relationships
- Utilize Procore and modern construction management tools
- Support projects nationwide with occasional travel required

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Cleanroom Construction should have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager (excluding Assistant PM experience)
- General Contractor experience preferred
- Experience delivering ground-up construction projects valued at $20M+
- Life science, laboratory, healthcare, or technical construction experience preferred
- Cleanroom experience is a plus but not required
- Strong construction management and Procore expertise
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field)
- Ability to commute to the Attleboro, MA area
