Job Description

The Project Manager - Cleanroom Construction will:

  • Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and project documentation
  • Partner with field teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Maintain strong client, subcontractor, and stakeholder relationships
  • Utilize Procore and modern construction management tools
  • Support projects nationwide with occasional travel required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Cleanroom Construction should have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager (excluding Assistant PM experience)
  • General Contractor experience preferred
  • Experience delivering ground-up construction projects valued at $20M+
  • Life science, laboratory, healthcare, or technical construction experience preferred
  • Cleanroom experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong construction management and Procore expertise
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field)
  • Ability to commute to the Attleboro, MA area
