Position Description: Lead with executive presence, strategic understanding of Self-Perform Operations (SPO), and with broader company perspective and goals to lead SPO organization, objectives, and projects within business center and local offices.
Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:
Drive actions to align recruiting planning for both staff and Trades with technical skills and acumen needed to perform direct work scopes required to achieve financial and hiring goals. Strategically plan business center and local office SPO resources based on revenue benchmark and actuals to facilitate operational and financial decisions and resource management goals. Coordinate needs & availabilities with direct work SPO business leaders. Promote employee mobility within SPO and facilitate career development opportunities with other business centers and in conjunction with Resource Manager. Strategically deploy resources to grow capabilities across business centers.
