Job Title: Production Manager

Location: 100% Project Based Travel

Company: The Boldt Company - National Power & Industrial

Anticipated Salary Range: $96,000 - $125,000 annually

Additional Compensation: Travel-based compensation and per diem

At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.

As a Production Manager, you'll play a hands-on, high-impact role in shaping how our projects come to life-leading the development and execution of production planning strategies while helping teams challenge traditional construction approaches. Working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and trade partners, you'll drive the implementation of the Boldt Production System (BPS) to optimize workflow, improve predictability, and create a better jobsite experience.

In this role, you will lead production strategy and execution by partnering with project teams to optimize workspace design, supply chains, and planning processes to ensure uninterrupted workflow. You'll coach and train teams to build capability in production best practices, facilitate coordination meetings and daily huddles, and lead field observations to identify inefficiencies, remove constraints, and drive continuous improvement. You'll also collaborate with VDC/BIM teams to integrate models and technology into execution, while supporting safety, quality, and schedule performance in alignment with Boldt standards.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $96,000 - $125,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
