Retail Support is a department of traveling tellers and bankers who support Zions Bank branches throughout their geographical area in the case of absenteeism. This position offers an opportunity to gain a large skill set in the fundamentals of banking while also providing networking opportunities. Minimum pay is $19 per hour We are now accepting applications for our Retail Support Customer Service Associate MLO position. The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:

• Be responsible for providing quality service while protecting the branch against loss.
• Maintain- advanced knowledge of branch operations.
• Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services and products, and assisting clients in every area of banking.
• Be responsible for processing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.
• Perform other duties as assigned. Retail Support Customer Service Associate MLO Qualifications:
  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, other related experience, or successful completion of company approved training.
  • Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
  • Working knowledge of math.
  • Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
  • Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs. Location:
    • Retail Support covers a geographical area. Mileage reimbursements are provided whenever an employee travels over 25 miles round trip from their home.
    • Covers branches as far north as North Ogden, as far south as the downtown SLC area, and also covers Eden. Benefits:
