Traveling MEP Project Manager/Senior Project Manager

Job Description

  • Manage and oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) components of construction projects.
  • Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and address any challenges.
  • Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Support the development of MEP strategies for future projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience with managing MEP components in construction projects.
  • Experience working on data center construction projects.
  • Open to national travel.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to travel to various project sites as required.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards in construction.
