Description
Lead and supervise ground-up multifamily and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Manage day-to-day jobsite operations, including subcontractor coordination, vendor management, and field team oversight to drive efficient project execution.
Enforce jobsite safety standards, OSHA compliance, and quality control procedures across all phases of construction.
Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and proactively adjust timelines and resources to meet milestones.
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact, communicating with project managers, clients, architects, and stakeholders on project status and updates.
Identify and resolve field issues, delays, and coordination challenges to keep projects on track and minimize risk.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and jobsite records to support project tracking and compliance.
Profile
Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily or commercial construction projects from start to finish, including schedule, budget, and field operations.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, subcontractor coordination, jobsite safety (OSHA), and quality control standards.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage field teams, subcontractors, and communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders.
Willingness and ability to travel regionally or nationwide to active construction sites.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address field challenges, mitigate delays, and keep projects on track.
Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools is preferred.
