Were looking for an experienced, hands-on Foreman to join our Hartford Industrial Team supporting the industrial and power markets. This is a leadership role with 100% travel to major job sites across the U.S. You can live anywhere in the countrywell get you where you need to be.

What Youll Do

  • Lead and manage field crews on projects such as chimney restoration, concrete repair, masonry repair, and structural reinforcement.

  • Supervise all on-site work to ensure quality, safety, and productivity.

  • Review drawings, plan daily work activities, and track progress.

  • Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for efficient project execution.

  • Commit to 24/7 safety by ensuring strict safety procedures, especially at height.

What Were Looking For

  • 100% travel nationwide (per diem & lodging provided).

  • Comfortable working at elevations up to 1,000 ft.

  • 5+ years in construction, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

  • Experience leading crews of up to 5 technicians.

  • Rigging & swing stage experience required

  • Ability to read blueprints and execute technical specifications.

  • Strong commitment to safety and quality.

  • Hourly pay: $40$45 + opportunities for overtime at time-and-a-half.
