Traveling Construction Superintendent

Oversee day‑to‑day field operations on both simple improvement to large scale, ground up projects ranging from $100K to $30M+, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently, and according to plan. Collaborate closely with project managers, estimating, and procurement teams during preconstruction and throughout the build to drive continuous improvement.

Glimpse of your role:

• Oversee day‑to‑day field operations on both simple improvement to large scale, ground up projects ranging from $100K to $30M+, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently, and according to plan
• Act as the on‑site leader and primary liaison for clients, design teams, inspectors, and subcontractors while upholding quality standards
• Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, and equipment, while managing RFIs, field directives, and change impacts using modern construction technology
• Work directly with company leadership to bring new ideas to the table
• Collaborate closely with project managers, estimating, and procurement teams during preconstruction and throughout the build to drive continuous improvement
• Report into the Director of Operations.

Must Haves:

- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent.

- Well-rounded experience in the commercial sector

- Experience working on structural projects / PEMB experience.

- Ability to manage clients/owners and subcontractors with respect and accountability.

- Proficient with technology & construction softwares (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, etc).
