Traveling Concrete Paving Superintendent / Foreman

 

Our client, a growing concrete paving and site contractor, is hiring a Concrete Foreman/Superintendent who is ready to travel nationwide. You'll run crews on projects across the country and keep work moving safely, on schedule and to spec.

 

Scope of work includes:

- Concrete paving and parking lots

- Sidewalks and ADA pedestrian ramps

- Curb and gutter

- 3D precision grading and paving (GPS/machine control)

 

What you'll do:

- Lead and supervise field crews from mobilization through punch list

- Plan daily work, manpower, equipment and material deliveries

- Read plans and specs, check grades and verify quality

- Coordinate with project managers, GCs, inspectors and owners

- Keep jobsites safe, productive and on budget

 

What we're looking for:

- Several years running concrete paving and flatwork crews as a foreman or superintendent

- Hands-on experience with curb and gutter, sidewalks, ramps and parking lots

- Familiarity with 3D grading and paving or machine control is a big plus

- Willing to travel nationally for extended stretches

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Valid driver's license

 

Compensation:

- Salary of $120,000 to $130,000, plus per diem while traveling

- Health, dental and vision coverage
