Traveling Superintendent

Job Description
Oversee daily construction activities at assigned project sites. Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel to keep work moving according to project plans. Review work progress and address on-site issues that affect schedules or quality. Maintain clear communication with project teams on site conditions, priorities, and progress. Monitor materials, equipment, and work areas to support planned construction activities. Read and follow project drawings, specifications, and work plans during field execution. Conduct site walks to identify completed work, upcoming needs, and items requiring attention. Travel to project locations as needed to provide consistent construction oversight.
