Traveling Commercial Electrical Foreman
We're a fast-growing commercial electrical contractor expanding our team. We're looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman who takes pride in leading crews the right way — on time, on budget, and built to last. This position requires traveling to out-of-state job sites for the work week, with the potential of also working close to home — as we are a NJ-based company.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and lead electrical crew on active commercial job sites
- Ensure quality installations and adherence to safety standards
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades to keep the job moving
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings
- Identify and resolve field issues before they become problems
- Maintain a productive, accountable job site culture
What You Need
- Proven experience running commercial electrical projects in the field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on approach — you lead from the front, not the sideline
- Solid knowledge of electrical installation methods, NEC standards, and jobsite coordination
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must own basic hand tools
