Job Description

Assist the Superintendent with daily construction site operations and project execution. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure work progresses according to schedule. Monitor project quality and ensure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and company standards. Promote and enforce jobsite safety policies and procedures. Conduct site inspections and document project progress. Help identify and resolve field issues, scheduling conflicts, and productivity challenges. Participate in project meetings and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders. Assist with project scheduling, look-ahead planning, and milestone tracking. Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper inventory of jobsite resources. Support project closeout activities, punch list completion, and turnover processes. Travel extensively to support projects throughout the assigned territory.

The Successful Applicant

2+ years of construction field experience, preferably in Multifamily and commercial construction. Experience serving as an Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, Field Engineer, or in a similar construction leadership role. Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and jobsite coordination. Knowledge of OSHA requirements and construction safety best practices. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness and ability to travel extensively and work on projects away from home for extended periods. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office is preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
