Traveling Assistant Superintendent
Our client is a nationally recognized real estate development and construction company with a strong track record of delivering high-quality multifamily communities across the United States. With projects spanning multiple markets and a reputation built on excellence, leadership, and service, they continue to experience significant growth and are seeking a Traveling Assistant Superintendent to support projects nationwide.
Job Description
- Supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with project managers to maintain schedules and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Identify and resolve any construction-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and site activities.
- Travel to various construction sites as required.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience in on-site construction supervision, preferably in the business services industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
