With a strong reputation built on repeat business and referrals, the company delivers high-quality hospitality, multifamily, healthcare, industrial, and specialty commercial projects throughout the Midwest.

* Oversee day-to-day field operations for ground-up hospitality and multifamily projects

* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control activities

* Drive project progress and proactively resolve construction challenges

* Collaborate with project managers, clients, and trade partners to achieve milestones

* Maintain project documentation, forecasting, and reporting throughout construction

* Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest on project assignments

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000+ (flexible for the right candidate)

* Per diem, company-paid lodging, and travel home up to twice per month
