    Description

    Job Title: Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray Profession: Technologist Specialty: Mobile X-ray Duration: Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available Shift: Varied Hours per Shift: 0 hours AM PM Weekend Evenings Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Required State licensure Certifications: ARRT Certification Must-Have: - Valid driver's license in the applicable state, in good standing - Vaccination against COVID-19 or proper documentation for exemption Description: Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes and healthcare facilities. Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment. Submit and transmit images to a Radiologist for interpretation. Unload portable X-Ray equipment and take it into facilities to perform exams ordered by the physician. Obtain clinically diagnostic and technically competent x-ray images. Perform EKGs as needed and transmit results to a Cardiologist for interpretation. Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily per protocol. Communicate regularly with dispatch and management. Maintain effective communication and professional interactions with peers and supervisory staff. Maintain vehicle and x-ray equipment. Physical demands may include pushing/pulling weights of 50-100 lbs, with variations based on equipment use.
