Shift Details:- 7:30 a to 3:30 pm
- Monday - Friday
Radiology Technologist Duties & Responsibilities:- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, as ordered by physicians.
- Position patients and operate imaging equipment to obtain clear, accurate images.
- Explain procedures and ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Follow radiation safety and infection control protocols.
- Review imaging orders and verify patient information.
- Maintain accurate imaging records in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Assist patients with positioning, mobility, and transfers.
- Inspect, clean, and maintain radiology equipment.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff.
- Follow facility policies and regulatory standards.
Minimum Qualifications- Current, valid, and unrestricted NJ license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
- Must be Certified.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Radiology Tech .
- Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
- Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,... ) .
